Go Vacationn

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Go Vacationn Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By confirming a booking, the Client ("You", "Traveller", "Guest") accepts these Terms in full. These terms form a binding agreement between Go Vacationn and every traveller listed in the booking, including minors.

1. Formation of Contract

A booking is considered confirmed only when Go Vacationn issues a confirmation message, email or invoice.

Go Vacationn reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any booking request
  • Modify the package price prior to confirmation
  • Cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

Once confirmed, you agree to abide by all terms mentioned here.

2. Medical Fitness & Special Requirements

Adventure and mountain trips involve physical strain, weather risks, altitude challenges, and basic facilities.

By booking, you confirm:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to travel
  • You have no undisclosed medical conditions
  • You take full responsibility for any health-related incidents

Go Vacationn:

  • Is not authorised to offer medical advice
  • May request a medical certificate if required
  • May deny participation based on medical concerns

Pregnant travellers above 20 weeks may be refused unless a fitness certificate is provided.

Special requests (dietary, room preferences, etc.) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

3. Travel With Children

Adventure trips are generally not suitable for children below 10 years.

If a minor travels without parents, a signed consent/guardian form must be submitted at least 10 days before departure.

4. Identification Documents

All travellers must carry valid government-approved ID:

  • Indian Nationals: Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence
  • Foreign Nationals: Passport & Visa

Go Vacationn may request digital copies in advance for smooth check-ins and permits.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Revisions

Package prices may vary due to:

  • Fuel changes
  • Transport or hotel revisions
  • Government taxes
  • Seasonal fluctuations
  • Currency changes

Once the package is fully paid, no price increase will apply. If payment is pending, revised prices may be applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Go Vacationn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to reasons beyond control (weather, strikes, landslides, operational challenges, etc.).

The company is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to visa delays
  • Unused hotel nights
  • Missed transportation
  • Personal expenses or losses

No refunds are provided for:

  • Early departure
  • Late arrival
  • Missed activities
  • Voluntary or involuntary withdrawal

7. Services Not Utilized

Any unused facilities, meals, stays, or transport—voluntarily or involuntarily—will not be refunded or compensated.

8. Itinerary Flexibility

Road trips and mountain expeditions require flexibility.

You understand that:

  • Itineraries may change without prior notice
  • Routes may be altered due to weather, safety, or administrative reasons
  • Hotels may be substituted with similar category options

Any additional costs arising from such changes are to be borne by the traveller.

9. Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • Adventure travel involves inherent risks
  • Weather, terrain, roads, and remote locations may lead to delays or hazards
  • Standards of accommodation and services may vary by destination

By participating, you voluntarily accept all associated risks and agree not to hold Go Vacationn liable for injuries, loss, sickness, or unforeseen circumstances.

You may be asked to sign a Consent & Risk Waiver Form before departure.

10. Third-Party Services

Go Vacationn hires independent providers such as:

  • Drivers
  • Guides
  • Adventure operators
  • Local service partners

The company does not control their operations and is not liable for their:

  • Performance
  • Safety standards
  • Acts, errors, or omissions

Any use of additional services is purely between the traveller and the third-party provider.

11. Authority on Tour

The decision of the Tour Leader / Captain / Driver is final in matters affecting:

  • Safety
  • Conduct
  • Itinerary adjustments

Misconduct, illegal behaviour, intoxication issues, or actions causing disturbance may lead to immediate removal from the tour without refund.

12. Force Majeure

Go Vacationn is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from events beyond control, such as:

  • Natural calamities
  • Accidents
  • War, strikes, riots
  • Roadblocks, landslides
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions

Any additional expenses arising from such events shall be borne by the traveller.

13. Traveller Responsibility

By booking, you agree to:

  • Follow local laws & cultural norms
  • Take care of your luggage and belongings
  • Respect fellow travellers
  • Cooperate with guidelines issued by the team

The company is not responsible for:

  • Theft or loss of belongings
  • Damages due to negligence

14. Liability Limitations

Go Vacationn's liability is limited to the amount paid for your travel package.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of employment
  • Loss of enjoyment
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damage caused by third-party suppliers

15. Environmental Conduct

Go Vacationn promotes responsible travel.

Travellers must:

  • Avoid littering
  • Respect local ecology
  • Follow sustainability guidelines

Failure to follow environmental rules may result in termination of the stay or removal from the tour.

16. Privacy Policy

Personal information shared with Go Vacationn is used only for:

  • Hotel bookings
  • Transport arrangements
  • Permits & documentation
  • Safety and operational needs

We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Information may be shared with verified partners for travel execution only.

17. Refusal of Service

Go Vacationn reserves the right to refuse service:

  • Before booking
  • During the booking
  • During the tour

This may occur due to safety concerns, behavioural issues, incomplete documents, or any reason deemed valid by the management.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from bookings with Go Vacationn shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Punjab Courts only.

19. Updates to Terms

Go Vacationn may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Travellers are responsible for reviewing the most recent version available on our website/platform.
